Great location next to beach. Restaurant in front next to road had good food and service. Pool is very nice, need more lounge chairs. Check in was delayed a couple of hours. Room wasn’t ready. Kicked back by the pool until it was ready.

Check in was at 3 pm room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Hotel just changed ownership. It was also a local holiday weekend. Hotel was very busy.

I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, which made the stay feel warm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant.

We were there when some part of hotel doing some renovations so it was abit noisy and smelly painted.

The modern, funky rooms were clean and comfortable.

It sounded like someone was walking around outside on the balcony all night. I think it might have been the balcony patio doors banging during the night strong breeze as it was windy.

I book a family room. The room is very spaces.

The bed is too soft.

The hotel is clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and good air-conditioning. Staff were friendly and check-in was fast and smooth. The location is also convenient—close to restaurants and main roads.

The soundproofing could be improved, as I could hear some noise from the hallway. The breakfast options were excellent we love it ♥️

I had holiday with my girlfriend, 3-4 May in this hotel. We forgot AirPods in our room. And when my girlfriend called to hotel, the stuff said that they didn’t see and can not find her AirPods. But we can see location AirPods in iPhone . And AirPods at this hotel. AirPods took someone and use it all day. Stuff try to help us but can not find it. I never stay in this hotel again. Because someone clean our room after we checked out. And couldn’t see AirPods. This very bad attitude to visitors.

Motor cycles racing down the road in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault.

Stayed here twice now, great hotel, great location, very clean & tidy, staff very helpful & friendly, excellent value for money, I can’t fault it, Will definitely stay again.

The room was amazing as it had just been renovated. The staff were all very helpful.

The hotel is in the middle of renovation and has no facilities open. Not even a bar or an area to sit. The staff were very apologetic and upgraded us to a lovely room which was spotless.

Excellent location-just opposite Bangsaen beach, very convenience. Easy to find street food, 7/11 also next to the hotel. Staff was very nice, room very clean.

During our stay, the hotel is under renovation, dust and a bit of noise.

Renovation work happening when we arrived, pool closed so no swimming ☹️We weren't told of this in advance.

We returned here as it brilliantly located, comfortable and has a great breakfast selection. Newly renovated room is lovely.

We knew the facilities are shut but a lot of the hotel currently resembles a construction site. Did not impact comfort or enjoyment though

On the last day a table in our room broke. We are sure it was already damaged but the hotel charged us 7000 baht which spoilt our stay

Only good location

The property is under construction. we can not use pool a lot of meeting room is under construction. A lot of noisy and dusty areas staff not tell us before we arrive just let us know when we were there and no discount we paid about 2,9xx bath per night . We not go back there anymore.
